Our Mission
The mission of Zion Christian Preschool & Kindergarten is to provide a high quality early childhood education that is developmentally appropriate and nurtures the growth of the whole child. We celebrate the uniqueness of each child, and partner with parents to help them grow into confident, competent, and compassionate human beings.

Our Program
We offer a Christ-centered program designed to meet both the academic and social-emotional needs of your child. Our goal is to ensure that your child is prepared to succeed in kindergarten and beyond. Zion Christian Preschool has served the Fallbrook community since 1984. We are staffed by dedicated and experienced teachers. We honor and teach the values every parent desires for their child—honesty, integrity, respect, and self-discipline.
We offer a variety of activities each day for your child to enjoy and master. Interactive music is also incorporated weekly, along with creative art projects, cooking, and role play. We believe the capacity for learning in Preschool is endless, so we present age appropriate academic concepts in addition to “hands on” centers to make learning fun!
Dedicated Staff
Our teachers are experienced early childhood educators, dedicated to providing your child with an excellent preschool experience. Each staff member has been chosen not only for their excellence in education, but also for their love for young children. The teaching staff works in partnership with parents, community members and the leadership of Zion Lutheran Church and School.
COMMUNICATION FROM OUR PRESCHOOL CLASSROOMS
We use Brightwheel to send photos and videos in real time throughout the week so you can see what is happening in your child’s classroom. Parent conferences are scheduled twice annually. You can expect close communication between teachers and parents, so you will always be up to date on events in the classroom.
Daycare Hours
7am -8:30 am and from 12:30-5:00 pm
Monday-Friday
Children who are staying for a longer day and take a nap move to the Friendly Frogs room (Room 1) for a rest time. We ask all parents of children who nap to bring a sleeping bag/pillow for their child on their first attendance day of the week, and take them home on the last attendance day of the week for washing. Children who do not nap will be taken to the Zion Zoo Keeper room (room 2) or outside to play. Afternoon enrichment activities include art, dramatic play, story time, music & movement, games etc.
